Since few minutes it’s official: Apple has the secrecy clause - “non-disclosure agreement (NDA)” - for the iPhone developer program repealed. Right on the homepage of the iPhone developer program takes Apple to the decision position. Accordingly, the NDA had been given to the iPhone OS and all its inventions and innovations to protect.
